Terms of Service ("Terms")

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the TrillMeApp mobile application (the "Service") operated by Giovanni Miceli and Marco Bonato ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
When referring to "TrillMeApp" we intend always the property of Giovanni Miceli and Marco Bonato.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
The Service
The Service consists of, together: the TrillMeApp mobile applications (the "App") the TrillMeApp website, available at www.trillmeapp.com
Our Service allows you to send a push notification to own contacts.
To register with our Services, you must use correct data, provide your current mobile phone number. You agree to receive the codes to register to our Services through text messages and calls (by us or by third party suppliers).

Address Book.
The user will regularly provide the phone numbers of TrillMeApp users and other contacts in his phone book. You confirm that you are authorized to provide us with such numbers to allow us to provide our Services.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services (or older age required in your country to be authorized to use our Services without the consent of your parents). In addition to having the minimum age required to use our Services under applicable law, where the user does not have the age required to accept the Terms in his or her country, his parent or guardian must accept them on his behalf.

Devices and Software.
You must obtain certain devices, software and data connections to use our Services, otherwise we can not provide you. Throughout our use of our Services, you agree to download and install updates to our Services, even automatically.

Keep your account safe. You are responsible for the security of your device and your TrillMeApp account and you are required to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or violation of the security of your account or our Services.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Please note that, deleting the App from a device will not delete your profile. If you wish to delete your profile, please contact us in writing at info@weyotech.com.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
TrillMeApp its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Privacy Policy

Please read these Privacy Policy ("Policy", “Privacy Policy") carefully before using the TrillMeApp mobile application (the "Policy") operated by Giovanni Miceli and Marco Bonato ("us", "we", or “our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Policy. These policy apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Types of Data collected

Information provided by the user

About Your Account. The user provides TrillMeApp his cell phone number to create a TrillMeApp account. You agree to regularly provide us with the phone numbers of the contacts in your mobile device's address book, including the users of our Services and other contacts. You confirm that you are authorized to provide us with such numbers. You can add more information to your account, such as a profile name and profile, and a status message.

User Connections. To foster communications, we create a list of user's favorite contacts.

Customer service. You agree to provide us with information about the use of our Services, and how to contact us for the purpose of assisting us. For example, the user can send us an email containing information about our application's performance or other issues. 

Information collected automatically

Use and access information. TrillMeApp collects information about using the Service, Diagnosis and Performance. This includes information about the user's activity (such as the use of Services, how to interact with third parties through our Services and the like), log files, and logs and reports related to diagnostics, abnormal arrests, website And performance.

Device and connection information. TrillMeApp collects specific information about the device when the user installs, accesses, or uses our Services. This includes information such as the hardware model, operating system information, browser information, IP address, mobile network information, including phone number and device identifiers.

Cookies. TrillMeApp uses cookies to make available and provide Services as well as to offer them on the Web to improve the user experience to understand how Services are used and to customize them. For example, TrillMeApp uses cookies to provide TrillMeApp for the web and for the computer and other web-based services. 

Some of the Service is supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions, and you hereby agree that TrillMeApp may place such advertising and promotions on the Service or on, about, or in conjunction with your Content. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without specific notice to you.
You acknowledge that we may not always identify paid services, sponsored content, or commercial communications as such.

Analytics information
We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular
individual User.

Cookies and similar technologies
When you visit the Service, we may use cookies and similar technologies like pixels, web beacons, and local storage to collect information about how you use the mobile App and provide features to you. We may ask advertisers or other partners to serve ads or services to your devices, which may use cookies or similar technologies placed by us or the third party. When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to our Users which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Service.

Device identifiers
When you use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access our Service, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more "device identifiers." Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device's operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by the Service. A device identifier may deliver information to us or to a third party partner about how you browse and use the Service and may help us or others provide reports or personalized content and ads. Some features of the Service may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.

Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted.

In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive to:

  • help you efficiently access your information after you sign in
  • remember information so you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service;
  • provide personalized content and information to you and others, which could include online ads or other forms of marketing
  • provide, improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our Service
  • develop and test new products and features
  • monitor metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns
  • diagnose or fix technology problems
  • automatically update the application on your device
  • perform marketing promotions, announcements and special offers
  • promote third party marketing campaigns, announcements and special offers

We reserve the right to rent or sell your information to third parties outside the Service.
We also may share your information as well as information from tools like cookies, log files, and device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations that help us provide the Service to you ("Service Providers"). Our Service Providers will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality terms.
We may also share certain information such as cookie data with third-party advertising partners. This information would allow third-party ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.
We may remove parts of data that can identify you and share anonymized data with other parties. We may also combine your information with other information in a way that it is no longer associated with you and share that aggregated information.
If you remove information that you posted to the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service.

GDPR (for EU citizens)

The apps use Facebook Account Kit, Firebase and Fabric Crashlytics Libraries to signup using user phone number and collect possible crash details and improve the quality of the application (statistics data).

That means the apps share data with these 3ry party services anonymised way.

Facebook, Google Firebase and Fabric Crashlytics are GDPR ready and covered under the Privacy Shield Framework.
